Luminato - Tastes of Toronto

A festival in Toronto wouldn’t be complete without a sampling of the city’s amazing variety of foods, thanks to its ethnic diversity.

Renowned for its multicultural population, Toronto is full of culinary surprises and exotic flavours, representing lands as far away as the rising and setting of the sun.

A melding of aromas and tantalizing morsels of international foods will be offered up at this year’s Luminato Festival, running from June 11-20, 2010.

1000 Tastes of Toronto will be on during the closing weekend, June 19-20, and you’ll have the chance to sample the gourmet delicacies created by some of Toronto’s top chefs.

The mouthwatering scents wafting on the air should lead you directly to Queen’s Park where the outdoor extravaganza will occur. Arrive early and hungry, and then indulge! At $5 an item, you’ll be able to fill your stomach with some of the tastiest and most creative ‘street food’ ever!
